If you are late, we may cancel or delay your service. ❷ Please select your service accurately for us to better accommodate you. ❸ If you are booking for a party, please make appointment for each customer under separate technicians. Do not combine everyone into 1 appointment as the system will not reserve multiple spot per your request. ❹ If you need to get your manicure and pedicure to be service at the same time, please book 2 appointments and pick the same available time slot. ❺ Last but not least, when choosing technicians if you selected "request" when prompted means you may have to wait until they are available, select "anyone" for first availability.
